YOUR ROLE- Implement and optimize the performance marketing campaign towards the generation of leads and ROAS.- Work closely with marketing branding team to reach marketing metric for each teacher.- Cooperate with line management in planning, running and measuring conversion experiments and tests.- Report campaign performance daily/weekly to line manager or specific request per campaign.
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Facebook is prioritized)
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of design procedures.
- Good communication and team work. Open in sharing knowledge and experience to help all team grow together.
- (Optional) Marketing experience in the education industry (e.g., including adult education, Ielts, and study abroad agents)

- Salary range 14-16M. Bonus twice a year calculated on the company’ performance.
