Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitments

  • Support recruiting direct labor to meet the department’s needs.
  • Establish close working relationships with outside recruiting sources such as agencies, and professional organizations.
  • Conducting the process of onboarding new joiners.
  • Track and report recruiting results.

2. Training amp; Development

  • Manage New staff orientation training to ensure the HR policies are clearly explained.
  • Ensure yearly training need assessment for all departments is done according to the training process, consolidating the results in the training plan and training budget is approved.
  • Ensure to prepare and coordinate external training, both local and overseas with the consent of General Director and Head of Departments.
  • Ensure the yearly training plan is implemented accordingly

3. HR Paradise System:

  • Ensure Users to respond the system consistently and timely.
  • Ensure that employees’ personal data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is updated accordingly and accurately.
  • Manage Employee’s working status timely.
  • Close the attendance tracking monthly accurately and timely.

4. Administration

  • Manage service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including but not limited to servicing of stationery, and uniform management, etc.
  • Control the factory cleaning to ensure it’s always in a good situation.
  • Manage Meals provided to employees and control the hygiene of meals and drink to ensure the employee’s health and safety.
  • Manage transportation to ensure its service is well and under budget.
  • Handling and supporting administrative tasks related to visitors and expats.
  • Respond to all company events and staff welfare activities to promote a professional amp; good working environment for employees such as team building, new year party, monthly birthday celebrations and well as Gifs on special occasions.
  • Receive and transfer phone calls to whom concerned; Receive amp; transfer documents in/ out.

5. Others

  • Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Managers.

Requirements

  • Graduated from University in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 03 years of experience in HR, in which 1-2 years of Training amp; Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement suitable policies to support organizational needs and business goals.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office/PC applications.
  • Fluently verbal and written communication skills in the English Language.
