What you'll do

People Team (HR) at Inspectorio is looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to manage remote employee operations, including Belarus operations, and office management. As a People Operations Specialist, you are part of this important and exciting journey. Your main responsibilities will be the end-to-end cycle of employment management for the Remote team and office management including benefits execution, employee data and documentation.

OFFICE AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • Office procurement, cleaning and security services arrangement
  • Asset management and maintenance: Coordinate with IT in laptop/working equipment management, including procurement, inventory management, etc
  • Manage vendor relationships, reviewing services contracts, renewals, and rates (ex: janitorial, supplies, food amp; beverage, security, building lease, technical support, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Business travel management: Handle itinerary, visa, transportation (air ticket booking, etc.), hotel arrangement, etc.
  • Relocation management for foreign employees: Visa/Work Permit/Residency and related processes where applicable
  • Ensures all staff members have the necessary supplies and resources to perform roles successfully
  • Coordinate food and beverage as needed, purchase of supplies
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks where needed

EMPLOYEE DATA amp; DOCUMENTATIONS amp; BENEFITS

  • Contract and payment management: Coordinate with Finance amp; Accounting to ensure contract and payment are handled on time in full and complied with local/global legislations
  • Responsible for administering benefits following global and local policies
  • Communicate and advise managers and employees of changes and developments related to benefits
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration
  • Implement and maintain employee data and documents related to payroll and benefits on a real-time, accurate, and complied basis
  • Ensure adherence to all employee data and document retention, reporting and audit requirements
  • End-to-end cycle of employment management for the Remote team: on-boarding, off-boarding, contract, system set up for Employer of Record and contractor agreement
  • End-to-end cycle of administration for the Remote team: business travel, asset management, company events

GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE TEAM

  • Provide support to employees in various People Team related topics
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of People Team policies amp; processes, Data Management
  • Provide support in Projects amp; ad-hoc tasks where needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
  • At least 3 years related experiences in international companies, preferably in startup and/or remote environment
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
  • Open mindset, hunger for new knowledge and experiences
