Job Description
MindX is a fast growing, Vietnam Tech Education Startup. Our mission is to help put Vietnam on the world’s technology map by contributing to the nation’s tech talent pool with our technology education and tech-related career acceleration programs. Currently, MindX is offering tech-related courses for students from as young as sixth grade to over 18, as well as financial and job matching programs to support them all the way from the beginning to during and after their tech education journey, with the intention to help them reach their highest potentials in the IT industry.
As we grow, in order to maintain our support for existing educational services as well as crafting and scaling new products, we are urgently in need of strong and consistent technical core team constituted by strong, growth-obsessed and courageous Technical Leaders to build, deliver and maintain our internal and customer-facing tech products.
Job purpose:
Achieve Product’s success in terms of technical output
Responsibilities
Responsible for technical output in appointed product, including:
- Existing products amp; features maintenance
- New products amp; features design and development
- Technical solutions research and development
- Best practices and standards studying and implementation
- Code reviews conducting
- Core modules development and adoption
Requirements
- Excellent technical skills with minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant Industries
- Familiarity with Python
- Familiarity with MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) stack is preferred
- Familiarity with LLM such as openAI, huggingface and AI applications on langchain is a plus
- Experiences with micro-services and/or TDD is a plus
- Experienced with Agile methods (Scrum or XP)
- Proficient in English reading
- Good English writing skills (mostly for work email and chat)
- Good communication amp; collaboration skills with both tech and non-tech partners
- Strong work ethics
- Obsession with growth, both personal and team wise
- The will to take the right risk

- Monthly salary up to $2,600 + ESOP, will be discussed in details in the interview process
