JOB DESCRIPTION
Our partner is looking for an inspired Frontend Developer. In this role you will be ensuring that their backend services remain scalable, secure and performant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical teams, QA, customer support, and customer relationship management, to ensure the smooth functioning of the application, enabling seamless user experiences and reliable web performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of VueJS applications and components, ensuring high-quality code, optimal performance, and outstanding user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with squad teams, including Product, Design, and QA members, to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing frontend solutions.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and support to help them grow and enhance their skills.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Communicate extensively with stakeholders to deeply understand product roadmaps, gather requirements, and provide technical insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Continuously improve frontend development processes and standards to enhance productivity, code quality, and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with QA team to develop and maintain frontend automation tests, ensuring code quality and application stability.
- Drive the implementation and adherence to frontend architectures and best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in frontend development, with a deep understanding of browser APIs, frontend architectures, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React JS or Vue JS, with a focus on building scalable and performant applications (VueJS experience is highly desirable).
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving complex frontend challenges, applying analytical thinking and creative solutions.
- Familiarity with frontend automation testing is a plus, using tools such as Jest, Cypress, WebDriverIO or Selenium.
- Knowledge of frontend architectures, including component-based architectures and state management patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA members.
- Experience guiding and mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support to foster their growth and enhance their technical skills.
- Extensive experience in communicating with stakeholders to deeply understand product roadmaps, gather requirements, and provide technical insights and recommendations.
