Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Join and contribute to their engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping their collaborative culture, and setting departmental goals.
• Offer optimal technical solutions and play an active role in vital technical decision-making.
• With the product vision and objectives in mind, effectively weigh the pros and cons, critically analyze the various solutions available, and determine the right architectural decisions to tackle both product and operational challenges.
• Offer constructive feedback to team members on their development work.
• Act as a catalyst in uplifting the overall technical prowess and development efficacy of the team.
• Play an active role in fostering technical know-how, ensuring its preservation, and facilitating smooth collaboration as the team scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in related fields
• You have experience in creating and maintaining product-related initiatives, and you're adept at steering teams towards achieving collective goals (for instance, system design, development, and rigorous code reviews).
• You're comfortable navigating English technical documentation and are adept at integrating solutions based on your research.

Technical Proficiency:

• Adapt in one of the following: frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Skilled in JavaScript or Golang design and development.
• At the very least, you should have experience in:
• Front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Next or backend technologies such as Serverless or Docker Containers.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (like MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• It's a plus if you have experience with AWS cloud architectures, especially in a microservices environment.

It's a Bonus If You Have:

• Proficiency in DevOps and Infrastructure Management.
