Our Product Team plays a crucial role in continuously delivering new and improved features and functionality to our world-class products. In our pursuit to continuously raise the bar, we are now offering a great opportunity for a Customer Success Intern to join our world class Product Team.
Requirements
Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Intern you will work closely with our clients on implementing our Traceability offering. You will be helping with activities, initiatives, and projects that are aimed at improving overall customer experience, engagement, and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Communication Participate in client calls to document objectives amp; implementation expectations
- Coordination amp; Planning Schedule meetings with all relevant stakeholders amp; supporting on preparation of meeting
- Configuration Configure our solution according to our client’s needs and our pre-defined workflows
- Data Collection amp; Validation Monitor engagement from our suppliers and lead follow ups. Validate received data on accuracy
- Reporting Support in the creation of Traceability Reports for our clients
Requirements:
- Software: Good understanding of MS Office and Project management tools
- Problem solving: Has a strong curiosity to understand the root cause of problems and to find creative solutions. Is not afraid to ask questions and to challenge the status quo.
- Communication Skills: Good ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, users and designers.
