RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  • Verify that user stories align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Planning and estimating the testing activities that need to perform for the
    Products.
  • Conduct acceptance testing to ensure that software meets specified
    acceptance criteria.
  • Provide guidance to the Development team on effective testing practices.
  • Provide feedback to the development team to ensure product quality, user
    story completeness and assess risks.
  • Discover application errors and contribute to incident handling and
    prevention.
  • Report and track any deviations from acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor assurance metrics and process results and provide feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the application under test and its
    architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA role, including creating and maintaining development processes.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Effective requirement analysis skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and escalate issues.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Solid skills in Database and SQL, with the ability to effectively understand and navigate databases.
  • Solid skills in API testing.

Optional but plus:

  • Proficiency in utilizing test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Monitoring tools and systems (Sentry, Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Prometheus, Datadog)
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitlabCI.
