Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, optimize sales pipelines, lead a high-performing team, and build key client relationships in the technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy that aligns with our mission and values, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and optimize the inbound sales pipeline strategy, ensuring efficient lead qualification and conversion to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team to enhance the success rate of proposals and secure key deals.
  • Guide and inspire our lead generation team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Conduct sales call coaching, empowering the sales team to effectively communicate our unique value proposition and close deals.
  • Join high-value lead sales calls to maximize our ability to understand the lead needs and create high-impact proposals.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with external key clients on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies with our overall business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales position, preferably as a Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales or in a similar strategic sales role.
  • Well-rounded experience in the technology industry, preferably selling custom solutions, and proven ability to close complex deals.
  • 2+ years of managing a sales team with a track record of creating high-return strategies, excellent coaching ability, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working and closing deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and be an empathic seller.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and track performance.
  • Fluency in all areas of English communication.
  • Experience working with global clients is a plus.
  • Experience selling professional services is a plus.
