About the Role

As the People amp; Culture Manager for our growing office in Vietnam, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent strategies that will drive impact and foster a high performance culture. You will play a strategic role partnering with our internal clients and key stakeholders to attract, engage, grow and retain our talent. Reporting to the Global Head of People amp; Culture, you will collaborate closely with our HR team to align on key people practices globally and share innovative ideas that align with our organization’s objectives and values.

The scope of this role encompasses a full range of strategic and operational people activities; from business partnering to employee engagement, compensation amp; benefits, DEamp;I and the full compass of human resource operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the local People amp; Culture team, focusing both on our ongoing support to the business and the team’s development as well-rounded HR professionals
  • Design and implement people strategies that align with the business objectives (workforce and succession planning, recognition amp; engagement initiatives, performance management and employee development programs, organizational development, etc.)
  • Set progressive HR policies, processes and best practices that are compliant with local regulations and that strengthen the company employee value proposition (EVP)
  • Support teams as their trusted advisor for employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining a constructive dialogue between individuals
  • Mobilize management’s commitment and accountability towards team members’ engagement and their continuous growth and success within Dialectica
  • Partner closely with our leaders and people managers to become role models for the organization and strong ambassadors of the company values
  • Establish a competitive total compensation scheme, including a comprehensive benefits program that reflects our company values and encourages a balanced lifestyle
  • Provide valuable insights and support to the Talent Acquisition Team in developing and implementing best practices for attracting top talent
  • Track and analyze KPIs, insights and employee surveys to continuously improve our HR programs and initiatives, and inform business decision making
  • Champion and deploy impactful DEI initiatives that empower a forward thinking culture and foster a positive, diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Support local office operations in various administrative tasks, such as Procurement amp; Facilities, Compensation amp; Benefits processing and Accounting.

What you bring:

  • 7-10 years of progressive HRBP experience
  • Relevant experience in fast-paced and multicultural environments
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Proven leadership and managerial capabilities
  • Experience in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion programs

  • Exemplary ethical and communication skills
