- Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries
- Prepare proposal, quotation amp; add on form for customer
- Check on new ETI or TI and submit to Customer Support for processing
- Raise credit note, debit note, get signatory and approval and submit to billing department for processing
- Issue of Warrant Certificate
- Update sales lead and retrieve service docket
- Other Ad-hoc duties amp; Sales Related support
- Recording amp; prepare report on Sales Lead, Sales Statistics Report, KPI Reports
- Prepare monthly Sales Staff Commission
- Administrative Work
Requirements
· GCE O Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
· Familiarity or experience with Sales Coordination/Support preferred
· Possess good communications skills
· Effectively bilingual in English and another language (Spoken amp; Written)
· Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
· Meticulous, excellent with details
· Service-oriented, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure
