Nextern is seeking a General Accountant who is a key member of finance and accounting department. This position will responsible for Executing reports, processing data in system, guidance, supervising and reviewing of accountant tasks and all aspects of the finance and accounting department. Reconciliation the warehouse figure with accounting book. Tax filing (CIT, FCT) and VAT refund.
REPONSIBILITIES:System and Report- Manage data of Cash, Bank, Fix Asset, materials, advance and accrual, prepaid expense into Epicor system
- Review and double check all the transactions input by accountant staff
- Posting commercial invoice in Epicor software and issue VAT invoice in electronic invoice system
- Monitoring the AR-AP, bank payment, reconcile with group balance comparison
- Reconcile and accrue monthly expenses
- Monthly allocate prepaid expenses and asset depreciation
- Update weekly cashflow report
- Coordinate with production to reconcile and post job closing
- Prepare financial report in accurate and adapt to group deadline
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly tax reports (VAT, FCT.)
- Support accountant staff input GL in month end to ensure the report deadline
- Other task as assignment
Warehouse review and reconciliation- Reconciliation the accounting book inventory and actual inventory
- Running capture COS/WIP activity
- Extract all stock on hand at the inventory closing date before open system for relative department enter new transactions
Management company asset- Record and file document for fixed asset when any increase
- Label fixed asset tag number once it incurred
- Tracking all fixed asset in the company
Work with external party- Work with the auditors, tax officers, finance department on all the subjects that involve with audit reports and support external and internal auditors
Management skill- Manage and supervise and training and review the accountant tasks
- Report directly to Finance Manager
- Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager and support the colleague when it is necessary
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduated from university
- Main course: Accounting, Auditing, finance
- Computer skill: well of MS Office, accounting software (Epicor is advantage)
- Foreign language Skill: English base (Writing, Speaking)
- Experience: At least 3 years in same position
- Knowledge of Occupation: General knowledge about Economic-social, ability of collect, analyse data exactly and solve problem immediately
- Public Skill: Confident, open-mind, good communication skill, honestly, outspoken, careful
