This is a Full-Time Remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Coordinate Projects: Oversee and manage the execution of various projects within the beauty and wellness sector, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Educational Program Management: Take charge of educational initiatives, developing and implementing programs that align with HairQare's mission of providing truthful and science-backed beauty education.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve shared goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Empowerment Initiatives: Contribute to the development of initiatives that empower individuals, aligning with HairQare's mission to instill confidence and reshape beauty standards through education.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation within the team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and seeking opportunities to enhance processes, services, and overall impact in the beauty industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, COO, Operations, or in a similar role, particularly in the wellness or beauty industry.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the beauty or wellness industry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a direct and straightforward approach, providing guidance to team members to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring that strategies and projects align with the ever-changing landscape of the beauty and wellness sector.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing educational initiatives, ideally in the context of beauty or wellness, to support HairQare's mission of providing truthful and science-backed beauty education.
• Genuine passion for empowering individuals through education, aligning with HairQare's commitment to reshaping beauty standards and boosting confidence through a love-driven and supportive approach.
