Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition amp; hiring plans and strategies to support the company's global growth objectives.
  • Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition team ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team to design, plan, and execute employer branding activities that resonate with diverse global talent pools.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for senior positions, including Senior and Managerial levels, utilizing various sourcing methods and networks across different regions.
  • Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including conducting interviews, screening calls, tests, and evaluations, while considering cultural nuances and regional differences.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports to ensure compliance with global regulations and mitigate risks.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and develop procedures to streamline and improve the candidate experience on a global scale.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruiting KPIs across different regions, presenting reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, international events, and similar networking opportunities to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in global startup and tech environments, demonstrating a track record of success in talent acquisition and retention on a global scale.
  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting in both tech and non-tech roles within organizations, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in different regions.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in working with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Sourcing Platforms, Job Boards, and other recruitment tools and systems utilized globally.
  • Proficiency in using various interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidate qualifications and fit across different cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with global social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Stackoverflow.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Proactive, open-minded, autonomous, highly responsible, and very well-organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Data-driven and systemic mindset, with a focus on leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making in talent acquisition processes across multiple regions.
