Position Summary:
Nextern, an US based innovator in developing and manufacturing class II amp; III electro-mechanical medical devices is seeking an Engineering System Admin for its Binh Duong, Vietnam location. Engineering System Admin is responsible for supporting system, process activities that relate to the component/product/processes to assure new processes/projects is managed and produced timely per schedule and highest quality standard.
Job Description:
- Knowledge and work with quality systems.
- Support Engineering in term of documentation update via Agile system if required
- Create part and BOM for assembly, Finish Goods in ERP / Epicor basing on part, BOM released from Agile system.
- Work with Celoxis system in term of reporting and reminding project team to log in their time
- Engineering samples management (materials at engineering status)
- Encourage innovate and join Kaizen activities to improve working environment.
- Perform other assignments from supervisor
Requirements
- Fresh College / bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management/ Administrative / technical / Engineering related fields.
- Demonstrated cross functional teamwork in technically demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to assist process development.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Independently work with systems to fulfill project demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms and management system
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
