Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer TechLead to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and refining complex machine learning systems. The position demands expertise in data engineering, software development, and deploying machine learning models effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning technologies into our products and services.
- Enhance the performance and efficiency of existing machine learning systems.
- Conduct thorough code assessments to uphold high software standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, data engineering, and related fields.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in machine learning methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of machine learning solutions with business objectives.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of ML models in production environments.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in key machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Flink, etc.).
- Knowledge of machine learning serving technologies and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with IoT systems or time-series data.
- Previous involvement in compute-intensive, memory-intensive, and data-streaming applications.
