As part of the Project Management team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, and coordinate, coach and contribute to our scrum squads all while delivering the best quality solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Create a culture of collaboration and support within the squads
- Partner with Product Owners to manage sprint changes
- Remove blockers that prevent a squad from completing the agreed upon work for a given sprint
- Track and report on sprint activities, including squad velocity and ticket progress
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Advocate for the Agile framework and scrum squad practices established for each squad and organization
- Act as the point of contact for updates and escalation for internal stakeholders
- Ensure transparency in reporting within squads, stakeholders and leaders
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of scrum practices
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Agile framework training experience is an asset
- Jira project admin experience is an asset
