JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
• Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
• Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
• Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
• Experience as Customer Service is preferred but not required.
• WITHOUT work experience in the same position are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be TRAINED.
• Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
• Language Required: VIETNAMESE (Fluent)
• Language Required: ENGLISH (Intermediate)
• Willing to relocate and work overseas if company requires.

• Can start ASAP.
