Customer Service Staff

• Manage social media pages (LinkedIn) for customers
• Support customers to resolve and respond to basic issues, identify and forward complex issues to management or relevant departments
• Screen and search for data as required

Job requirements:

• No experience required, accepting students waiting for a degree
• Proficient in using Google Search and Office software.
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Time management skills
