Job Description

Position Summary

1. Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.
2. Develop contents that field force can use for sales and promotion to enhance sales success rate.
3. Plan and execute training for sales field forces to enhance the sales capability.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Directly supervise the nationwide team of trainers and manage day-to-day operations , Improve customer satisfaction through best practice training processes and practice
2. Responsible for product or field force training programs to support the business goal by working with minimal supervision and undertaking projects. The Training Lead must keep up-to-date with technology related to the products that the company sells in order to be able to thoroughly train to various key targeted groups
3. Subject matter expert for enhancing, leading and delivering of product or sales training to both inside and outside sales staffs, Sales promoters, key dealers etc. to ensure product knowledge and soft skill are at a level where they are able to on-train their customers , new product concept development and product seeding, and launch support are included
4. Liaise with the RHQ/HQ Group Product, Internal Product Marketing and Field Sales to develop & execute training plan/stratergy by monthly /quarterly / yearly aligned with the business’ overall strategy & identify key channels for the training plan.
5. Organizing and conducting product or sales training courses as well as involved in the identification of training needs and evaluation external courses, Monitors effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
6. Proficient with the major e-learning authoring environments for effective ONLINE training development courses & execution
6. Coach team on project knowledge and ensure training ability
7. Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

(*) Report & Data Management:
1. Report for training efficiency
2. Responsible for Internal/ Field Force/ Floor Sales Man/ Store Manager/ Techinician training database, report create & analyze for enhancement planning

Job Specification

Skills and Qualifications

1. At least 2 +’ experience in product or sales training management and lead team in competitive or multinational company
2. Knowledge of instructional design ,teaching technique in soft and hard skills and experience in training delivery methodologies and technologies are preferable
3. Must have experience building online communities / social learning / Event.
4. Fluent in English and very good computer skill
5. Must be personally well organized and good presentation skill
6. Must have pleasant personality , good communication skills ,service minded , Positive thinking and proactive
7. Strong collaboration ability to collaborate with both internal & external parties and work towards common objectives and deliverables
8. Willing to work in fast moving and challenging environment & Ability to work under pressure
