Position Summary

Lead channel strategic planning, execution & performance optimization of assigned product segments

Role and Responsibilities

- Lead the planning & execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for assigned product segment in Vietnam market. The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will maintain a strong focus on key sales & brand metrics and be able to build measured marketing success.

- Digital Assistant Manager will collaborate with senior leaders in Marketing, Research & other departments to develop digital communication strategy to deliver business objective, marketing objective. Successful candidate is required to have intensive knowledge of digital marketing & industry trend, with the ability to think strategically. This position will play as internal expert to maximize all opportunities/ possibilities to land digital innovation to address business requirement.

- Create effective briefs adhering business needs to guide agencies & deliver communication plan, integrated digital activities, audience strategy, channel strategy& channel plan, media strategy, media plan, media execution & measurement, performance planning, measurement.

- Manage & execute digital campaigns on all digital platforms, including but not limit within: Display, Video, Social, Search (SEM/ SEO), Influencer, Media Data, Real Time Dashboard, Content… at advanced level with fast speed. Being proactive to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assure excellent execution (Brand, PR, Product, Sale team), adhering strictly brand guideline to delivery brand consistency in consumer-facing communication.

- Regularly monitor & optimize content, media performance across digital touchpoints. Sharing digital data, insight to non-stop build brand equity performance on digital channels, meet targeted KPIs. Being proactive collaborate with multiple teams to quickly find solution for raised issues during campaign duration.

- Track & measure performance to capture all digital marketing efforts. Digital learnings should be collected & assist in the development of new marketing strategies.

- This role has to ensure assigned marketing budget management as per planned.

Engaging & building strong relationship with strategic partners.

- Participate into plan & execute multiple digital strategic projects as part of professional development plan.

- People management is essential in developing direct report & coordinating with agencies. This role will supervise & train for direct report on-job through daily tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 -4 years’ experience in digital marketing/ brand/ marketing related roles: agency, e-commerce, retailer…

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

Previously experience in a similar marketing role

- Experienced in digital campaign strategic planning include: audience planning, channel planning, content planning & performance planning

- Experienced managing digital ad on display, Video (YouTube, OTT), Social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other popular social chat apps), Search (SEM/ SEO), programmatic…
