Job Description

1. Quality Assurance amp; Technical Development

  • Responsible for general compliance of work procedures in all pest control and hygiene activities undertaken in the Rentokil Initial Vietnam, to the guidelines stated in the Company’s Guideline/ Policy/ Procedure.
  • Interprets and enforces applicable Company policies, procedures for assigned staff and, as necessary, makes recommendations to management for improvement in these areas. Regularly communicates, interprets and enforces policies and procedures. Ensuring that staffs have a full understanding of the Company’s objectives and policies.
  • Update and maintain all related regulatory requirement and company’s approved pesticide list.
  • To identify, evaluate and implement new technique, product, and/or technology in support of Divisional Businesses.
  • To work closely with country and regional Operation Excellence Teams amp; UK Technical Team to drive the new technical amp; service programs and Best Practices within the Company.
  • To work in special project teams when needed to support the growth of the company and division.
  • Technical support to Branch operations.
  • Conduct internal amp; external training sessions along with Branch visits as required.
  • Chairman of Country Technical committee.
  • Regularly monitor performance and provide coaching for performance improvement and development of Technical Executive and Quality Assurance Executive.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

2. Training

  • Plan and conduct regular technical training of all service staff.
  • Standardize training and promote a comprehensive training plan.
  • To assist in the planning and coordination of technical training within Asia Region, as and when the needs arise.

3. Staff Recruitment, Welfare amp; People development

  • Assist in the Recruitment, Training and Career Development of Technical Executive and Quality Assurance Executive (or Field Biologist).
  • Manage the technical team on a day to day basis using leadership and coaching skills to develop all individual team member’s required competencies, selling skills and product knowledge;
  • Encourage a strong sense of teamwork, good communication, positive morale and co-operation throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduate from University with Environment, Chemical, Applied Science, Entomology, and Agriculture or any major related to technical.
  • At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Honest and ethical team player.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate others.
  • Have strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • An aptitude for field work.
  • Strong leadership skills, with planning, organizing and problem-solving ability.
