1. Customer Service Activities
- Planning and contacting customer for daily service schedule:
- Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required.
- Register service team information with site management unit before visits.
- Manage service plan and documentation support:
- Communicating with Service team of new schedule/ schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per Sale Dept./customer’s request.
- Printing and passing service report, service docket to Service team in timely basis.
- Verify all Service Execution Requests and its supporting documents versus database in software system.
- Supervising the monthly Operation KPI
- Input, scan and filing all service reports, service docket in system
- Go on field with service technician.
- Other tasks as required.

Requirements
- Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical field or relevant fields.
- At least 02 years of working experience in sales administrator and/or customer service is preferable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and hard working in a multitask function
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
- Having knowledge on accounting is preferable
- Be friendly, hard-working and well-organize person.
