Job Description

Working location: Based in Vung Tau; willing to go on business trip to Dong Nai, Nha Trang, Lâm Ðng, Ninh Thun, Ðc Nông, Bình Thun, Ninh Thun as assigned.

1. Productivity and customer service objectives:

  • Develop a formal approach to obtaining budgeted productivity savings with roles and actions assigned.
  • Personally research, identify, and develop plans in the priority of greatest opportunity, and work with management to monitor activities and improvements to deliver that plan.
  • Monitor progress of all assigned districts and provide assistance as needed. When appropriate, communicate with Line Managers if improvements are not happening as expected.
  • Develop reports, action plans, training and Best Practice Library for all staff to help them with their improvement efforts.
  • Attend meetings with senior leadership team and the supervisory team to review progress and give assistance to Line Managers.
2. Training and Development
  • Conduct One on One Discussion and Coaching with all assigned Service Supervisors to understand training, support, and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of productivity within assigned time frames.
  • Attend and participate in meetings for Service Supervisors and Branch Manager reviewing service productivity.
  • Assist Service Supervisors and Branch Managers with routing using Map Point and other available productivity routing tools.
  • Develop a Branch Productivity Improvement Plan that supports the whole country plan.
  • Participate and offer progress report in Management Team meetings quarterly.
3. Administration Monitor and control administrative functions
  • Ensure timeliness and the accuracy of all required reports to senior leadership and the integration team.
  • Expenses Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
4. Other requested tasks
  • Build up and develop the company’s culture with professional image.

Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical field or relevant fields
  • At least 02 year experiences in similar position
  • Previous experience in the field of pest control management and/or relevant is a big advantage
  • Able to work independently or to be a part of teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Be friendly, enthusiastic and well-organized person.
