Handle Customer Service Activities:
- Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required
- Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits at least 12 hours before actual visits.
- Register service team information with site management unit before visits.
- Communicating with Service team of new schedule/schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per Sales Dept./customer's request.
- Printing and passing service report, service docket t Service team in timely basic.
- Providing work completion report in monthly basis.
- Verify all Service Execution Requests and its supporting documents versus database in software system.
- Input, scan and filing all service reports, service docket in system.
- Supervising the monthly operation KPI
- Field attachment with service technician.
Other requested tasks:
- Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to Operations Department.
- Build up and develop the company's culture with professional image.
- Other related tasks as required.

Requirements
- Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical fields with the same level.
- At least 2 year-working experience in the field of sales administrator and/or customer service
- Good working behavior
- Able to work independently and hard-working in a multitasks function
- Good problem-solving skill
- High responsibility and ability of management on small team
- Good command of English
- Have knowledge on accounting is preferable
- Good health and willing to visit outside.
