Job Description: - Assist Marketing Manager to identify digital touch points for the brand amp; set effective digital channel operation strategy with a strong mindset for optimization.- Create contents that are suited for each channel and run regional/local campaigns or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs to enhance delivery of all channels.- Identify amp; nurture key marketing partnerships (including but not limited to KOL, Influencer, Dentist, Clinic.) to drive business growth of the company.We Will Trust You To:
- Strategically localize regional campaigns or messages with a strong understanding of local customers.
- Define and drive organic and paid social content calendar and collaborate with team to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines (including but not limited to IG/FB/Youtube/Blogs).
- Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences across platforms.
- Able to initiate, collaborate, and track/analyse delivery and make decision to course correct and optimise
- Independently run small-scale project with different stakeholders under supervision of MM
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced international environment
- Work with creative designers to create templates for social branding engagement and support basic designs works
We'd love to see:
- Have 2+ years of experience in social/digital marketing and content development; FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High End Fashion product experience preferred.
- Experience in strategic marketing which would be a good plus.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narrative.
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate and write effectively across a variety of media in English is required.
- Broad, expert knowledge of communication trends and best practice.
- Curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
