Job Description

Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology. We offer customers a lightning fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services whether they are at their home, at work or on the go. People talk about O2O, we live it. Onto our eighth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam, our aspirations don’t stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods moved in any city worldwide. Currently, we are building a strong in-house marketing team here in Vietnam amp; looking for a Business Analyst to further strengthen our Growth Analytics team within our organization. You will be responsible for carrying out analysis of internal CRM data, analyzing customer surveys amp; building reporting workflows to drive insights for our growth leaders as well as to our marketing managers to support decision making and further profitable growth.
The Day-to-day activitiesΒ· Understand and measure all stages of customer acquisition funnel from awareness to purchase;Β· Integrate, cleanse, migrate and manage data. Help develop the creation, flow and segmentation analysis of key data;Β· Uncover actionable insights about our business through complex data analysis and communicate those insights effectively to functional leaders;Β· Automate and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity) for the Management team;Β· Develop, execute, and report on growth experiments to provide insights to performance optimization. Present your findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.The must-haves:
  • Problem-solver: To be able to identify amp; anticipate problems in order to be both proactive amp; reactive.
  • User Empathy: To be be able think from a perspective of a user amp; build user journeys which are seamless.
  • High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.
  • Data Driven: Towork with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
  • Team-player: To be able to understand team challenges amp; to be able to build team empathy in while delivering results at the same time.
  • Collaborative mind-set: You will have to work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement amp; measure all branding efforts amp; strategies across multiple channels. To be able look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
What we seek
  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Econometrics and similar field;
  • Exposure to data reporting;
  • Understanding of social media platforms;
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking mindset.
What you'll need
  • Currently enrolled in B.A or B.S Bachelors program;
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies;
  • Excellent analytical skills and data mining;
  • Proficiency in minitab / SQL is a plus.
