Job description
To support our growth, Open Web Technology has an immediate opening for a Junior QA based in Danang, Vietnam. You will have the chance to join the technical team of our remote partner, pair programming, and onsite development. Our Project Development process follows the Scrum methodology.
Role and responsibilities
- Direct communication with both Development and Product definition teams
- Develop test cases and maintain a thorough understanding of product functionality
- Test applications to demonstrate that the relevant existing system functionality is as expected
- Write clear and accurate bug reports
- Review User requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
- Take part in the review of feature specifications and wireframes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with manual testing, writing, and reviewing test cases (mobile and/or web)
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum framework
- Knowledge of bug tracking software (for example Jira)
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is a must
