Job Description

  • To support internal stakeholders in all procurement activities and adhere to business processes and policies. Plan, monitor amp; develop operational purchasing steps.
  • Cost saving project continuous and new potential project coming
  • Develop purchasing strategy and suppliers.
  • Supplier Performance and Sustainability Management: Building supplier capabilities and Monitoring supply markets and trends, researching for local competitor and supplier products list and new trends. New chemical supplier interaction and testing in service. Discussion and collaboration with chemical suppliers to implement the Marketing strategies to promote the image, RI branding to customers through a combination events chemical products introduction. Driving cost reductions and saving to contribute into revenue growth and profit improvements.
  • Plan and run supplier negotiations
  • Set and monitor supplier performance
  • Refresh Procurement Policy and Centralized purchasing activity
  • Driving inventory accuracy, reducing stock level Inventory planning management and forward planning
  • Handling Stock count and reconciliation.
  • Warehouse management improvement: follows proper procedures for receiving and storing inventory
  • Risk Management: monthly risk and analysis, assessment and mitigation, Procurement contributing in Innovation: accelerating design and launch cycles, improving product service.
  • To coordinate and administer all procurement documents
  • To collaborate with Operations Team to control inventory level
  • To collaborate with Warehouse Team to ascertain accuracy of deliveries
  • To track delivery status and provide feedback on delays
  • To handle all incoming deliveries in the company's compound
  • Work with Operations Director and Sales Director
  • Handle Washroom product and all divisions imported product purchase.
  • Plan and implement savings and performance plan. Run saving initiatives
  • Complete other works and project which are requested by Management or business needs.

  • Bachelor or Diploma in any discipline or higher
  • Proficient in MS office application, SAP and Navision
  • 3-4 years’ experience in procurement and logistic roles.
