- Be responsible for new customer acquisition (online channels) and driving new revenue by enabling smooth collaborations with cross-functional teams.
- Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple with your interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage online communication channels to deliver a high-quality customer experience towards the online user (self-served).
- Understand and advocate for the needs of online users and organizations to drive renewal, potential expansion, and referral opportunities.
- Manage online users’ portfolios and experiences by enabling/improving the autonomous user journey.
- Generate initiatives to enhance and/or maintain sales processes, preparing materials, reports
