Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hiring requests including:
- Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands amp; JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
- Sourcing: search passive candidates amp; approach for the right opening jobs
- Selecting: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.
- Offering: prepare the offer, call the candidate to discuss about the offer and relevant information, follow up with the candidate until the final decision made, update newcomer information on the portal.
- Providing appropriate advisory to Hiring Team and candidate.
- Working with Employer Branding Team to organize Recruitment events (job fair, open day, seminar) amp; partnership with universities for recruiting new graduates, interns.
- Proposing effective recruiting solutions/plan/strategy/estimation
- Making relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
- Proactively building passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
- Leading amp; coaching members
Requirements
- Minimum 03 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in IT companies
- Have good experience/knowledge about sourcing/job branding on LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITViec, Facebook, IT Groups, etc.
- Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
- Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Xmind)
- Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
- Have a can do attitude
- Very well organized
- Proactive, open-minded amp; autonomy
- Highly responsible
- Supportive amp; teamwork
- Able to work under pressure
- Good networking skills
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of digital marketing/PR is plus
- Have experience in leading a team is preferable.
