Finance and Accounting Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Finance amp; Accounting Executive to provide support by managing daily financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
Key Accountability:
- Verify and book accounting entries into accounting system
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, revenue recognition and make accruals and adjustments
- Manage and follow account receivable tasks including billing and tracking on collection/aging timely
- Verify and process the payment request, communicate with related department for payment matters
- Assist to prepare the accounting reports for supporting periodical finance reviews
- Maintain proper document filing processes
- Collaborate with other functional teams to collect data and information for finance-related tasks
- Closely work with Chief Accountant regarding local tax filing and auditing in the future
Requirements
Skills, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid business mindset
- Excellent command of English in both reading and writing
- A fast, proactive, and passionate learner with a persistent drive for success
