Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description
We are looking for Senior UI-UX Designer with knowledge of usability and understanding the specifics of a Saas platform who not only work closely with the team and contribute to wireframes, UI visual, user flows for new features; But also work on interfaces implementation using internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Creating a functional architecture and a visual identity of the product interface, based on information of the product functionality (business rules), obtained from the Product Manager/Associate Product Managers;
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs
- Generate user personas and user scenarios
- Creating and improving design documentation and design system to provide visual consistency of the whole product (UI Style Guide)
- Implemented interface review and technical flaws solving
- Partnering with the design lead, developers, and other team members to create design concepts, Ideating and sharing design concepts with project stakeholders
- Allocate UI/UX resources across multiple projects
- Driving the execution of design and delivering to deadlines in a self-directed manner
- Direct report to Design Lead
Requirements
General requirements
- 3-5 year + of experience creating user interfaces with extraordinary user-experience solutions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid graphic design knowledge
- Solid experience in design fundamentals (color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong English skills
- Expert Sketch experience
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Saas platform
- Experience in data tracking
- Awesome portfolio with relevant experience in product design
- Experience with InVision
- Familiarity in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Agency experience
