IT Helpdesk (Ho Chi Minh)

• Resolve IT request from locally in IT ticket system in charged on duty.
• Provide IT support to fix IT issue in Hardware / Software / Business Application/ Google Application
• Providing end-user technical support, IT helpdesk service daily for troubleshooting all issue: Windows, Office, network, wireless, printer, IT housekeeping, LAN/WAN, Projector
• Prepare IT equipment to new staff - Install laptop/desktop, Printer, basic software, MS Office
• Manage and Update/Revise IT Asset File
• Another task will be assigned by ITM
• IT Support as Level 1

Requirements

• Technical School/Technical college degree majoring in Computer Technical
• At least 1 year experiences in an IT role
• At least 1-year experience in system and infrastructure, especially system and infrastructure in production industry is preferred.
• Experience in Google Application is a plus
• Basic English (good at reading and writing)
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Able to work under high pressure
