Employer Branding Intern

Key responsibilities

• Support EB team in planning amp; organizing internal amp; external events such as Career Fair, Tech Talk, Office Tour.
• Involve in all Internal Communications relating to Business Updates, New policies, Katalian Introduction.
• Implement EB concepts and partnership strategies to maximize Katalon employer brand to potential candidates and tech-community.
• Plan the monthly content calendar across Facebook and produce weekly content schedules that bring to life the brand narrative amp; personality.
• Create impactful content such as infographics, blogs, articles, job ads, videos in line with our recruiting and marketing event strategies.
• Work with Creative amp; TA team to deploy social media platforms, digital assets, data amp; analytics to drive talent acquisition.
• Administrative support in HR department.

Requirements

• 3rd 4th-year undergraduates with major in Journalism, PR, Communications or Humanities - related courses
• Possess a passion for social media (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook) and digital content creation.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English, good in MS Office
• Ability to push yourself in innovative thinking when it comes to events, initiatives, and social media
