Job Description

We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clear with maximum uptime.
  • Implement and maintain Networking services, server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications.
  • Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and provide the best IT solutions.
  • Day to day operations in monitoring internet and intranet connectives, security threats, support users in using IT applications, networking

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of corporate IT environment, software and operating systems
  • Quickly identify/resolve the issue in company environment and end user sides
  • Good communication skills to work with end users
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge in corporate IT environment architecture and computer
  • Strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP LAN, WAN, and WIFI network
  • Good knowledge about Network Security and Network troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge and experience in macOS and Windows environment
  • Have knowledge about ISO27001
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • AWS certificates ( consider as a plus)
