- Building and maintaining good relationships with existing partner
- Prepare educational material such as training presentations, videos etc.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, partner training sessions etc.
- Liaising with other teams to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Keep attendance and other records
- Monitor partner performance and response to training
- Report the results of work performance to Operation Manager
- Other jobs as assigned by Operation Manager
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Communication in English is an advantage
- Basic knowledge about Express, Logistics, or E-commerce
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- At least 01 year same position
- Bachelor's degree
Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
Flexible working hours: 10am - 6pm
