- - Tìm kim, khai thác và t vn dch v ti các Khách hàng mi, Khách hàng tim nang có nhu cu s dng dch v vn chuyn hàng hóa;
- - S dng Data dã cung cp: tìm hiu, phân tích nhu cu, dc dim ca khách hàng, da ra phng án thích hp d duy trì và dy mnh lng dn hàng ca khách hàng;
- - H tr t vn, và gii dáp nhng vn d, thc mc, khiu ni ca khách hàng;
- - Xây dng và duy trì mi quan h vi khách hàng;
- - Tng hp, báo cáo tình trng s dng dch v ca shop - di tác d da ra phng án ci thin cht lng dch v.
