This role plays crucial role in improving shipper post sales satisfaction and supports shipper experience on all engagement platforms of Ninja Direct (accountmanagement, call center, etc.)Responsibilities
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information;
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls via Ninja Direct hotline;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • All business working background are welcomed
  • 01 working year experience (related internship experience counted)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Suite
  • Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help customer
  • Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, self-starter with good initiative and persistence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, proficiency in English is an advantage
Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
