This role plays crucial role in improving shipper post sales satisfaction and supports shipper experience on all engagement platforms of Ninja Direct (accountmanagement, call center, etc.)Responsibilities
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information;
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls via Ninja Direct hotline;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree
- All business working background are welcomed
- 01 working year experience (related internship experience counted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Suite
- Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help customer
- Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Highly driven, target-oriented, self-starter with good initiative and persistence
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, proficiency in English is an advantage
