- Thu thp thông tin t khách hàng và làm vic vi các nhóm ni b d nâng cao cht lng dch v cung nh dóng góp vào thành công chung ca các d án quan trng
- Kim soát thng kê và phân tích tình hình ca c khách hàng và di ngu ni b, da ra các gii pháp d ci thin sn phm và s hài lòng ca khách hàng
Yêu cu
- Có ít nht 6 tháng kinh nghim trong linh vc Cham sóc khách hàng/di tác, Telesales, Sales Admin
- u tiên ng viên trong ngành Chuyn phát nhanh,thng mi din t hoc hu cn
- Có t duy rõ ràng và Qun lý khi lng công vic
- Thái d chuyên nghip và k nang giao tip tt
- Có k nang và gii thu thp thông tin d thuyt phc di ngu ni b và khách hàng bên ngoài
- Thành tho MS Office và có th phân tích d liu
