HR Intern (Foreigner Support)

We are looking for a young, dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Foreigner Support), who will take responsibilities for those followings:

• Provide timely and effective support to foreigners including but not limited to staff relocation, work permit, TRC, accommodation, and transportation;
• Support the Internal PR team to plan and organize internal events;
• Support to prepare some paperwork of ex-pat such as visa, work permit, etc.
• Perform other HR duties as needed (research, translation, paper work, etc.)

Requirements

• University students/ fresh graduates in HR major, English majors, or other related majors
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet,etc.)
• Prefer to able to work 8 hours/ day (from Monday to Friday)
• Trustworthy, careful and active
• Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
