Job Description
As an AI amp; Optimization Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring the successful configuration and delivery of our flagship product WorkforceOptimizer. You will be entrusted with configuring our proprietary software WorkforceOptimizer according to the client’s documented timekeeping, scheduling and labor tracking business requirements.

In 2021, we want to continue our mission to alleviate the administrative burden of manpower planning through optimization, allowing our clients to better focus on what they are trained to do: preserving and saving lives.
Requirements
- Requirement Analysis Understand and analyse the clients' pain points, problem statements and functional requirements
- Configuration Configure our flagship product WorkforceOptimizer to align with our clients' business requirements
- Testing amp; Review Perform unit and system testing of configured application for feedback and improvement
- Education amp; Training Manage and ensure smooth handover of configured application to internal stakeholders for project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or Business
- 0-3 years of experience as a business analyst or functional/ implementation analyst. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Background in HR, Payroll, or Time amp; Attendance functional areas is an advantage
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: to apply strong analytical abilities or instincts at the right times to make the right judgment call
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: an astute listener who can pick up subtle cues that others may fail to notice
- Able to work independently and as a team: able to support multiple clients concurrently, able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on exposure in driving solution design
