General Assistant Intern (GA Intern)

GA Intern has the desire to gain more experience working in a fun and professional working environment. Our position - GA Intern would be a great opportunity for you to develop your abilities in administrative work through supporting our GA team:

• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment (construction works), the purchase of office equipment and other equipment
• Support GA team the office decoration and assist to organize company parties
• Assist the manager as requested
• Perform other related duties as requested
• Support front desk (receptionist) jobs
• Research information needed.

Requirements

• Good English in speaking and writing
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of email, MS Office
• Be responsible, trustworthy, careful, and organized
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and supportive attitude
• Be able to work with flexibility
• From 6 months experience is preferred.
