Manage product proclamation processing via Viet Nam National Single Window which includes:

• Review of legal documents from principle
• Prepare Cosmetics Notifcation product data
• Review of marketing claims vs ACD
• Process payments
• Download PDF Product Visas and coordination with Logistics team for import clearance works
• Maintain Product Master database
• Manage re-registration based on expiry of current product visas
• Prepare VN local labels where necessary

Online user set up with Viet Nam National Single Window for new entities

Review of regulatory QQIL (Quantitative and Qualitative Ingredient List) in line with ANNEXES of ACD

Process Cosmetics Advertisement application

Non Core responsibilities

• Liaison in preparation of Certificate of Origin
• Safety assessment of ingredient list for PIF

Requirements

• B.Pharm (Hons) OR B.Science with majors in Chemistry
• Minimum with minimum 1-2 years experience in cosmetics product proclamation report preparation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to interpret annex 02-MP of Circular 06/2011/TT-BYT Providing Cosmetic Management and ACD
• Understands VN cosmetics labeling guideline
• Some knowledge on ACD Claims Review

Additional non core added advantage

• Some experience in safety test requirements for toys
• Knowledge on VN product classification requirements
• Knowledge in Specialty Food Labelling requirements
