People Team (HR) is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing everyday. We make this happen by continuously improving People processes from Hiring, Onboarding to Performance Management, Professional Development, Compensation amp; Benefit, Engagement amp; Communication, until Offboarding.

As Directorof People Partnership, you would be a critical leader for People Team in this important and exciting journey. You are responsible for leading the global People Partnership, People and Leadership Development strategy and execution, and being the strategic People Partner for our business stakeholders in selected teams and regions. These include but are not limited to leading and driving key processes throughout Employee Experience life cycle, such as Onboarding, Performance Management, People Development, Leadership Development, Retention, Offboarding.


RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL

  • Lead and drive global People Partnership, People and Leadership Development strategy and processes, including but not limited to Onboarding, Performance Management, People Development, Leadership Development, Retention, Offboarding.
  • Drive People Team activities and processes throughout the whole Employee Experience life cycle in selected regions and teams, in collaboration with other People Team leaders and members.
  • Partner with Head of People Team and other Leaders and Members in People Team in driving and continuously improving global strategy, policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop People Team members under direct management, as well as collaborate and mentor other People Team members effectively.

PEOPLE PARTNERSHIP (HR BUSINESS PARTNER)

  • Partner with Executive Team and Key Leaders on people topics along with Head of People Team to drive towards business success.
  • Partner with Managers on a frequent basis to consult, provide guidance on People topics, including but not limited Performance Management, People and Leadership Development, Retention, Team Connection, etc.
  • Partner and support Managers during key Performance Review cycles.
  • Partner and support Managers during their integration into new role/new team.

PEOPLE AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

  • Partner closely with Head of People Team, Executive Team, Key Leaders, other People Team members, as well as relevant external vendors and partners, to lead and drive global People and Leadership Development strategy, initiatives and processes.

CULTURE AND PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT

  • Collaborate with respective People Team members to drive Culture events and initiatives in selected teams and regions.
  • Collaborate with respective People Team members to drive respective Internal Communication activities to ensure all the communications from People Team are delivered on time in full.

Requirements

  • Relevant years of extensive experience in HR Business Partner, Learning and Leadership Development with proven track records
  • Relevant knowledge and experience of regulatory and legal requirements related to Employment and People Compliance.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience of business employment solutions
  • Relevant experience in leading people and cross-functional organizations.
  • Relevant experience in leading strategic and cross-functional projects, process and system improvement initiatives
  • Strategic and innovative thinker and problem solver
  • Leadership presence with excellent communi
