JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a JNR PROJECT MANAGER to work alongside the Product Operations Manager on planning amp; executing operational projects to improve product team efficiency.
The role will include assisting with planning, coordination and implementation of processes and systems aimed at addressing operational inefficiencies. It will also include collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption of and compliance with processes and systems as they are rolled out.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the Product Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and roll out operational projects.
- Collaborate closely with process champions to ensure effective adoption of and compliance with processes and systems across stakeholder teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of processes and systems and execute ongoing refinements amp; enhancements.
- Support on key Product Operations deliverables such as facilitating quarterly planning activities, scheduling team meetings and events, preparing documentation for stakeholders etc.
- Execute additional ad-hoc projects in alignment with Product Ops’ roadmap and vision.
Requirements
- Educational background in Business, Project Management, Operations Management or similar.
- Strong motivation to drive efficiency through the implementation of effective systems and processes.
- Analytical and process-oriented; able to identify operational inefficiencies and define executable solutions to address them.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
