Principal Accountabilities:

1. Plan and strategize brand education calendar in synergy with the launch marketing plan and sales strategy

  • Develop education program according to respective business needs and marketing plan
  • Detailed quarter calendar to be presented at each cycle meeting
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement successful marketing programs in line with the points of difference service wheel protocol
  • Organise and plan all key technical refocus animations and launches with Marketing + tracking of all center training and in salon trainings
  • Ensure all salons execute and practice the Service Wheel protocols with the Brand Points of Difference in line with the Salon Development Manager and overall brand global directions

2. Plan and Execution of academy and salon education classes, hair shows and seminars

  • Manage and Conduct all New salons Haircare, Botanical Therapy and all Colors classes over a period of substantial course program including hands on practical and theoretical test amp; role plays for all salon stylists.
  • To Lead, Co-ordinate and organize any trade events pertaining to education and hair shows, Earth Month activities, Trend collections SS, AW seminars, workshops in accordance to Global Collection guidelines
  • Ability to instil the ‘BUSINESS’ objectives into salon owners and stylists with every new launch, product extension, salon seminars, workshops and salon attachments in order to balance vs technical skills so that salons are able to learn from and add value to their haircolor, treatment services and retail business

3. Education Institute - testing and comparison of existing and new launches and competitors’ products

  • Upkeep the cleanliness, quality and standards of the Education Institute
  • Conduct Color model trials with hair colors and other new products with clear result analysis and comparison vs competitors
  • Test and support the brand’s launches with clear findings and results analysis and find a positive positioning of new launch with marketing team and sales team

4. Education support to sales and marketing team

  • Overall Team camaraderie and spirit which reinforces the importance of teamwork and support
  • Support the growth for the core categories of the business haircolor and haircare in education depth and reach through in salon Color request
  • Build strong retail and Color business with haircolor. To refresh, retrain, reinforce and clearly differentiate the different colors application technique to the salon stylists and retail training
  • Support salons focusing in weaknesses with a clear objective to drive, increased usage and understanding
  • Manage the PR and media relations for editors who participate in haircolor or treatment trials experience

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in beauty industry especially in haircare category at supervision level
  • Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business (department stores)
  • Strong interpersonal amp; communication skill
  • Experience in building effective teams
  • A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
  • Microsoft PowerPoints skills
  • Good coaching, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
