Recruitment:
• Performing the recruitment process starting from collecting the employment request, data inputs in Workable system for approvals, searching candidates, classifying amp; screening CVs and arranging interviews.
• Providing work devices amp; tools preparation for newcomers.
• Following up for the collection of completed personal documents from new employees.
• Making announcement of new employees’ arrival to all branches via email.
Training:
• Supporting other departments for arranging in-house training.
• Collecting the training requests amp; checking the availability of the requested training course and getting approval from HRM/ MD for proper arrangement.
• Searching, evaluating, and selecting the qualified training suppliers.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
• Collecting New Employment Initial Training record before new employee's probation end-date.
• Performing some documents translation.
• Assisting, implementing amp; developing company regulations.
Others:
• Updating BOLLORÉ LOGISTICS VNM directory/ organizational chart/ layout.
• Coordinating with BU Managers to update Job Descriptions.
• Updating labor laws amp; other legal requirements relating to HR.
• Playing the role as organizing team members for events/ activities of the company.
• Other tasks assigned by Senior HR Executive, HR amp; Admin Manager.
Requirements
• College graduation and above. Priority for major related to Human Resources Management.
• Have 1-2 experience years at same position; worked in a logistics company is priority.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge in Labor Law is a plus.
• Good at communication and problem solving.
• Honest, open-minded, good teamwork, responsible.
• Be able to work under high pressure.
