Job Description
Personal Development
- To maintain and develop more lanes/business with existing customers, assigned customer from company.
- To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets.
- To maintain CRM accurate constantly: customer information, pipeline, activity.
- Weekly reporting to GM Sales under agreed template.
- To protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying all policies, regulations.
- To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
- To study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, changes.
- To obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas agents to gain new business.
- To complete the assigned job when required.
- To report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
QHSE:
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
Requirements
- College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable.
- Vietnamese mother tongue with good command of English language.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good in communication and negotiation.
- Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
- Experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines.
